Like many traditional songs there is power in the words and they are filled with so much love our soul and spirit sing out in resonance. They are healing medicine for these times of uncertainty and loss.

As the ancients advise us, “ Follow your own footprints. Learn from rivers, trees, rocks. Honor your brothers, honor Mother Earth, honor the Great Spirit. Honor yourself and all Creation. Look with the eyes of your soul and commit to the essentials.”
